  • This plant is approximately 300 to 400cm in height, in a 130 litre pot. 

    Evergreen clump forming bamboo.

    Green canes with a thick yellow stripe.
    Tidy upright habit, sparse in leaf showing the thick canes off to good effect.
    Introduced into Europe from China in 1992, still rare in cultivation.

    Very hardy.
